Dolphins...
We saw dolphins ALL DAY TODAY and got a couple of good shots. Here's one with them swimming along side the boat...

I'm going to meet with my trainer in a half an hour. The simple mention of the dreaded word "plank" makes me shudder. Truly a horrible exercise. The picture of the dolphin is awesome. My husband and I love the water, beach, and anything pertaining to it. We went on a sailboat in Virgin Gorda BVI a couple years ago. It was stunning. Have a great day :)
